Financial Manager
Our organization, Social Cooperative Activities for Vulnerable Groups - ''EDRA", is looking for an experienced Financial Manager (Part-time, Peristeri / Attica) for EU-funded projects.
Required experience in European Programmes: Erasmus +, Creative Europe, CERV, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the Project Managers and contribute to the projects’ administrative, financial, and accounting activities
- Monitor the budget, expenditures, and financial activities of the EU-funded projects
- Review and prepare projects' administrative and financial documentation (partnership agreements, financial planning and reporting documents, etc.)
- Prepare and submit the financial reports, including the required supporting documents, according to the rules of each project
- Record each financial transaction in the organization’s financial management system
- Draft the budget for proposals for EU-funded projects
- Prepare contracts for the services provided within the EU-funded projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the Financial Management and Administration of EU-funded projects (e.g. Erasmus+, CERV, Creative Europe, etc.), including excellent knowledge of funding rules of EU Programmes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Business Accounting Software
- Good knowledge of English
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
